I shut the water down to the house and removed the handles to the tub shower. I found that the cartridges had tile around them. I was unable to access them, so I had to chip around the hot, cold, and diverter to remove them. Once I removed them, I was able to proceed with rebuilding the tub shower. I also replaced the tub spout and shower arm and mounted their shower hose sprayer. We also have the water back on, and there are no leaks at this time.
