I arrived at a home to find a sewer line clogged at the 3” one way clean out in the grass near the driveway. I tried running a mainline snake with a 3” double blade attached and got stuck about 15 feet into the line. I couldn’t get the double blade to go through the line. I changed to a 3” single blade and was able to work past the rough spot to get the line to unclog. I pulled back roots on the blade and cable. I ran water to test. The sewer line is flowing at this time.

Upon arrival, technician made contact with owner. Technician was directed to 4 inch ABS cleanout located in the back of units. Technician utilized 7/8 cable in order to clear at 75 feet. Nothing was retrieved at the end of cable however technician did see 1 inch PVC pipe in line technician attempted to remove, however was unsuccessful. Technician then moved on to apartments right next-door. Cleanout was located in front of units in parking lot. Technician ran cable for 30 feet. Technician did not retrieve nothing at the end of cable but grease. There is another clean out located in the far left corner of units at the fence mark.

Merced, CA - Ran a junior snake down the floor sink under the soda machine to get the bar and soda line to unclog. Had to run the snake back and forth multiple times to get the line to unclog. Pulled back a lot of grease on the blade after getting the line to drain down about 80 feet into the line.

Pulled the toilet and ran a mainline snake with a bare cable down the toilet flange. Got the line to flow about 125 feet into the flange. Ran water into the mop sink, the bathroom sink, and down the toilet flange to test. The sewer line is draining at this time. Pulled back thick toilet paper and some wipes on the cable. Reset the toilet with a new 3” wax ring. Flushed the toilet to test. It’s flushing at this time.

I was called to fix a leak in a living room wall. I found a 1” pvc pipe running from the outside into the wall through the attic and connected to a 1” galvanized pipe. I removed the pvc pipe and replaced it with a 1” copper pipe that was exposed on the outside wall and connected to the existing 1” galvanized pipe with a 1” dialect union. I ran 1” pex through the attic and connected it to the existing 1” galvanized pipe. I strapped and checked for leaks.

I replaced the wax seal and reset the toilet, then applied caulking to seal up the gap between the spout and shower wall. I also applied caulking around the tub spout to seal up a gap between the spout and the shower wall. The shower valve cartridge was good and did not leak.

I was called to fix a low-pressure issue in a master bedroom bathroom sink. I removed the aerator and found sand in it. I flushed out the hot and cold sides and everything was good. I tested it again and it was working fine.

I didn't pull anything back in the snake cable. I ran water into the floor sinks to test. The lines are all draining at this time.

I was called to the floor drain in the mechanic room was clogged with grease and sludge. I removed the floor drain covers and removed the sludge/grease. I used a water hose to clean out the drain for 15 minutes. I also ran 15 gallons of water down the drain to ensure it was working properly.

I ran a cable both ways to cover the entire sewer line. I did not pull anything out and tested the line properly after flushing the toilet and running a wash load.
